Since the age of three, Erin has lived an active lifestyle and now as an adult, she wants to retain the same strength and health while exploring new techniques and practices. After finishing high school, Erin began practicing yoga at a community college where she practiced several styles of yoga. She fell in love with the consistency and variety found with Vinyasa yoga and continued her education to become a certified instructor.
Yoga has helped Erin with many of her physical complications but she still struggled with chronic illness including stomach and skin issues, anxiety and constant fatigue. She discovered eastern medicine which led to her becoming certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner where she learned how lifestyle choices can cause illness. This complimented her esthetics and yoga background to better understand underlying issues that were addressed but untreated by her doctors.
Erin also has experience working in an acupuncture clinic which focused on fertility, allergies, and skin health. She currently provides remote health coaching and continues teaching yoga for corporations in the Chicago suburbs and at Ideal Access MD in Schaumburg with Dr. Hyder, who is also passionate about improving individual health with a comprehensive look that isn’t always found at common medical practitioners and hospitals.
