60ml HYKE Gin
15ml Crème de Cacao Blanc
15ml Amontillado Sherry
Begin by chilling a martini glass. Stir down the HYKE Gin, Crème de Cacao Blanc and Amontillado Sherry with ice. Strain into the martini glass, squeeze lemon zest on top and garnish with a green olive.
About HYKE Gin:
HYKE Gin is made in England using grape spirit produced from internationally sourced, fresh table grapes that are surplus to the requirements of the supermarket supply chain.
This grape spirit is blended with grain spirit and flavoured with a blend of botanicals inspired by the grapes’ African and South American origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos.
