In this live replay we ease neck and shoulder tension while opening hips and working on balance. This was recorded in early Spring and includes alternate nostril breathing, which is excellent for helping with allergies, calming and rebalancing the mind and can be helpful in summer to cool the body. We also end with a delicious restorative reclined bound ankle pose.
