Reasonably Well- Episode 3- Tayla D’Avolio on “Reimagining Productivity”
TIPS from Tayla:

Ask and It is Given by Jerry & Esther Hicks
Some tips we didn’t have the chance to cover would include:
DECLUTTER – Start small. Don’t tackle everything at once. Rather than say “I’ll clean the office today, tomorrow I’ll clean out of the kitchen cabinets”, start with “Today, I’ll organize my papers in the office”, “Tomorrow, I’ll organize the spice cabinet” , etc. Starting with one piece of a project in your house rather than trying to tackle large projects at once is more manageable and effective in the long run.
ORGANIZE YOUR TASKS – Assign your tasks (after you’re asked yourself the 3 questions) certain “categories” (for example, “pebble, rock vs. boulder”) Remember to keep in mind that these tasks should not only be categorized by the amount of time something takes to get done, but effort and energy is just as important.
STOP MULTITASKING! Set aside times for specific tasks and do ONLY THAT. If thoughts come to you about something sidetracked, write them down and revisit them after. If you don’t finish your tasks within allocated time, (unless it’s a boulder or something highly important with a deadline) have a set amount of time later that week for “unfinished tasks”
YOU MATTER – Don’t forget to schedule time aside just for you! Whether it’s self-care tasks or simply doing nothing at all.
