Started the day with a round of disc golf. Then the training looked like this:

A ) Snatch
5 reps @ 35 kg
4 reps @ 45 kg
3 reps @ 55 kg
3 reps @ 60 kg
3 reps @ 65 kg
6 reps @ 70 kg – old PR
1 rep @ 75 kg – video and PR
*When I say PR in the snatch, I mean post shoulder operation PR.

B ) Thrusters
2*10 reps @ 55 kg
Every 3rd week (in the light week), I do Thrusters in stead of Frontsquat.

C ) EMOTM 15
1st min: 6 Alt. DB snatch @ 35 kg
2nd min: 8 Strict pullups
3rd min: 10 GHD situps

D ) Quad smashing
